As a Civil Engineering graduate of Penn State University, Jay Badame started his career of over 47 years as a Project Engineer. He quickly rose through the ranks to become the President of a leading New York firm’s Construction Management divi-sion. Overseeing 2,200 employees and over 400 projects nationwide, 75% of which were NY-based. His prestigious career has included noteworthy projects such as the UNICEF Project on East 44th Street, NYC, Barnard College at 116th and Broadway in NYC, Harlem Housing, and most notably, the JFK Redevelopment for PANYNJ. Jay has negotiated numerous Construction Management Contracts including World Trade Center Re-Build post 9/11, Hudson Yards in NYC, One Vanderbilt, JPMC New Headquarters, JFK New Terminals One and 6, Weil Cornell BSL 3 Lab New Build, Hospital for Special Surgery, 99 Church Street/ Four Seasons, Baccarat Hotel, and Riverside West Multiple Condominium/Rentals.
