Sandra Wilkin is the Founder and Chairwoman of the Board of Bradford, a leading Women Business Enterprise (WBE) in New York, recognized for its excellence in construction management and its commitment to MWLBE empowerment. A trailblazer in inclusive contracting, she developed mentorship programs for emerging contrac-tors and led advocacy efforts resulting in Local Law 1 of 2013. Sandra co-founded the Women Builders Council and has served on influential boards including the MTA Diversity Council and the NYCSCA Advisory Council. As Vice Chairperson of the CUNY Board of Trustees, she champions access to education and opportunity. Her leadership has earned numerous honors, including the NYS MWBE Lifetime Achievement Award and City & State’s Construction Power 100.
