At BRAVO, we believe mentorship is a powerful tool providing personalized guidance that cannot be replicated by traditional learning methods. It is in the office, in the field, in real life. It is invaluable. As such, we are proud to support the ACE Mentor Program of Greater NY. Last night members of our team attended the ACE Mentor Summer Social and enjoyed the colorful Y2K themed celebration.
This year ACE had no fewer that 55 Mentor Teams and enjoyed their highest retention of 1,300 students. Mentorship opportunities build lasting relationships and help the Architecture / Engineering industry stay innovative and forward-thinking. Congratulations and thanks to everyone involved.
