One of our most exciting collaborations with PANYNJ is the state-of-the-art new Terminal One at JFK Airport, currently under construction. The world-class facility will feature 23 gates, expansive naturally lit public spaces, and a variety of amenities designed to enhance the passenger experience. Our scope includes oversight of civil work, as well as landside and airside roadwork, from design and pre-construction through procurement, construction, and post-construction stages.
