Velocity designed a 19,595 SF 3K school on the first floor of a 12-story residential tower, serving 150 students. The facility embodies a collaborative “Learning Through Play” model, with classroom wings featuring large, flexible learning areas to support diverse teaching and learning configurations. The design includes 10 fully equipped classrooms, each with dedicated restrooms, and the entire facility is fully ADA-compliant. Core spaces, including the exercise room, parents’ lounge, and staff room, are centrally located and suitable for after-hours use by both the school and the community.

The main corridor is illuminated by two rooftop skylights, providing natural light throughout the building, including the classrooms. A timeless blue accent wall evokes the evening sky, fostering a tranquil environment that encourages creativity and focus.

A central multi-use space with high ceilings serves as a hub for children’s creative activities, celebrations, and art exhibitions. The facility incorporates state-of-the-art building technologies, including LED lighting, a displacement ventilation system to ensure constant fresh air, and an integrated security system to protect students and staff. Site circulation and access were carefully designed to ensure safe arrival and departure for all students.
