This project involved the comprehensive renovation of the 16th-floor Executive Offices and 17th-floor Public Affairs area. Key upgrades included a fully renovated Board Room, multiple Conference Rooms, Team Rooms, and supporting spaces. A central feature of the redesign is a new open, double-height space with a connecting stair that unifies the two floors, enhancing spatial continuity between the Executive Offices and Public Affairs department.

The renovation introduced all-new finishes, including flooring, wall treatments, and ceiling systems, complemented by targeted acoustical enhancements such as wood planks, fabric panels, carpeting, and double-glazed glass partitions. These design choices carefully balance visual openness with acoustic privacy, addressing two primary client concerns.

To simplify circulation within the building’s complex layout of five interconnected structures, the project improved wayfinding and spatial clarity across both floors. Expanded ceiling coves in Conference Rooms and Lobby areas maximize vertical space, while glass partitions increase visibility and natural light, culminating in a striking double-height lobby that reinforces the connection between floors.

An upgraded HVAC system was incorporated to support the new spatial configuration and improve overall occupant comfort.
