On the second-floor corridor, the project involved removing two existing doors and installing a new hollow-metal double door, along with associated electrical work, including relocation of a fire alarm strobe pull station and a telephone. Current efforts are focused on addressing basement-level deficiencies, including patching and repairing cracks, modifying open-stair railings, and ensuring ADA compliance in the restrooms.

These improvements enhance accessibility throughout the museum while preserving the integrity of the original architectural design.
