We swapped our hard hats and calculators for tuxedos and champagne as we celebrated with our colleagues at ACEC New York‘s 59th Annual Awards Gala.
We were honored to receive the following three awards:
Diamond Award for ‘Securing our Future: A Bold Leap to Carbon Reduction” at the K250 George H. Lindsay School in Brooklyn, NY, where we replaced aging, fossil-fuel based mechanical systems with modern high-efficiency, all-electric solutions.
Gold Award for ‘Eco-Friendly Futures: One School’s Green Journey’ at X529 One World Middle School at Edenwald, where we converted an old system using oil-fired firebox boilers to a fully modernized and energy-efficient boiler plant. We also delivered a comprehensive climate control modernization throughout the school.
Gold Award for ‘Empowering Students through Transformative and Innovative Learning Spaces’ through the Capital Task Force Program at multiple locations in New York City. These learning environments included advanced science labs, music recording studios, and medical training facilities.
We want to thank NYC School Construction Authority (SCA) for the opportunity to create these award-winning solutions together. We also want to congratulate our team for their diligent and hard work.
